SÓLIDA reaches 300 employees

At SÓLIDA, we are excited to announce a significant milestone in our business journey: we have surpassed 300 employees! The company has tripled its workforce in the last four years, now counting nearly 230 employees in Europe across our offices in Madrid, Rome, and Porto, as well as a team of over 80 people in Latin America, spread across Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic. Engineers from multiple specialties (industrial, civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.), geologists, mathematicians, architects… the diversity of technical profiles is a hallmark of a team representing 18 nationalities. We also offer robust internal training and development programmes and have maintained a strong commitment to R&D since our inception.
