Andrés Medina, speaker at Energyear Portugal

Sólida participated for the second consecutive year in Energyear Portugal, held on 30 June.

SÓLIDA participated last week in the second edition of Energyear Portugal, which was held on June 30th at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz in Lisbon.
The event was a unique opportunity to bring together the main players in the Portuguese renewable energy market, at a time when the market is boiling hot after the announcement to bring forward the target of 80% renewable generation from 2030 to 2026.

It was therefore the perfect meeting place to create synergies and share experiences with players with years of experience in the sector, such as SÓLIDA, as well as for the entry of new players in the country.

On behalf of SÓLIDA, Miguel Esteves, Project Manager for Portugal, Guillermo Vega and Andrés Medina, from the Business Development Department, attended the event. The latter was a speaker on the panel “Trends and peculiarities of the construction of photovoltaic projects in Portugal” where he gave a sample of the projects and experiences that SÓLIDA has had in this country with special emphasis on the complexity of the land and the need for quality engineering to be able to carry them out.
